Fontys PMO Training Game

The Fontys portfolio management game allows managers to experience how portfolio management works. There are 3 different categories with allocated budgets to assign projects to. Each project has a description of what they entail, the amount and types of people needed to realize the project, and the budget required for the project. For each category, players must divide the projects and discuss why certain projects go where and what projects should be canceled or discarded. Based on the end result there is an assessment which indicates how successful projects were assigned.
